WELCOME TO
RENOVATION KiDZ

What to Expect
One of our friendly hosts will escort you to our Kids Check-In as you arrive. We will meet your family, check your child into class, give you a security sticker to pick your child up, and answer any questions you may have. We'll get basic information, find out about allergies and special needs, then show you the classroom where your kids will be learning.
After you're all checked in, we'll guide you into the lobby where you can pick up a cup of coffee, and help you find a seat in the auditorium. If there is any issue that needs your attention, the kids’ volunteers will send you a text or discreetly contact you during the service.

Who We Are
At Renovation KiDZ (Infants - 5th grade) we are committed to helping kids discover who God is, who He has created them to become, and to hide His Word in their hearts. We want to make Sundays your kids favorite day of the week!

frequently asked questions
When you arrive, one of our friendly hosts will welcome your family and walk you through Kids Check-In. We'll help you register your child, answer any questions you have, and provide a matching security tag for check-in and pick-up.
We'll also ask about any allergies, medical information, or special accommodations so we can care for your child well. Once you're checked in, we'll personally show you to your child's classroom and introduce you to their leaders.
No worries! Our Kids Check-In team remains available for the first 15 minutes of every service to help families get checked in.
If it's your first visit, simply stop by Kids Check-In. A member of our team will assist your family and personally escort your child to the correct classroom so they feel comfortable joining their group.
If you've visited before:
-
Check your child in at one of our self-service kiosks.
-
Take them directly to their classroom.
-
Every Sunday, kids experience a service designed specifically for their age and stage. They'll worship, learn from God's Word, build friendships, and discover what it means to follow Jesus in a safe, engaging environment.

-
That's completely normal, especially for first-time guests. Our team is experienced in helping children feel comfortable. We may spend extra time with them, offer a snack (when appropriate), take a walk, or help them ease into the classroom at their own pace.
If your child is still having a difficult time settling in, we'll send you a text so you can come check on them and decide together what the best next step is.
Yes! We want every child to have the opportunity to experience God's love in a way that works best for them.
We offer:
-
A sensory room designed to provide a calm, quiet environment for emotional regulation.
-
Trained buddies who can provide additional support for children with special needs.
If you'd like to discuss your child's specific needs before visiting, we'd be happy to help. Please contact our Kids Director, Chloe: chloe@renovationdfw.com.

Your family's safety is extremely important to us.
At check-in, both you and your child receive matching security tags with a unique code. To pick up your child after service, you'll simply present your matching tag to their classroom leader. Only the adult with the matching security code may pick up the child unless other arrangements have been made with our Kids team.
Creating a safe environment is one of our highest priorities. Here are a few of the ways we protect every child:
-
Every volunteer is screened and trained before serving.
-
We follow a strict two-adult policy—no volunteer is ever alone with a child.
-
Children's restrooms are strictly separate from adult restrooms.
-
Our team performs regular restroom safety checks throughout the morning.
-
A dedicated Safety Officer monitors our Birth–5th Grade building during every service.
-
Every child is checked in and out using our secure matching tag system.
